How does superior customer service help increase revenues?
The answer to this question can be traced all the way back to mid 6th century B.C. in ancient Greece...to one of the most famous fables attributed to Aesop - "The Goose that laid the Golden Eggs" with a twist. Your current customers are like the Goose (well...not exactly! but, you get the point). The Goose will continue to lay golden eggs for you only if it is happy and treated well.
Similarly, it is extremely important that your current customers are happy with both Pre- and Post-Purchase Support also called "Customer Service." If you continue to "wow" your customers, they will keep coming back to you not only for more of the same thing but also for more of the other things you sell.
